It actually works!
Bought this after an Amazon search for a product to help with night sweats. After taking it I can sleep the whole night through without waking up with a sweat soaked shirt and wet hair. Even during the day I'm not experiencing hot flashes anymore. I'm certain I've been going through menopause for the last 4-5 years (ugh!) by having hot flashes and night sweats but this black cohosh seems to really work for me. I will definitely be continuing to take this and I highly recommend it to any woman experiencing hot flashes and night sweats.

Okay like most of the customers that have bought this before , I bought it for menopausal sweats and to stop the emotional roller coaster!!! It DEFINITELY stop the emotional side. I was literally crying over everything all day! Exhausting. The Hot flashes part didn't help too much in that department but I will still take it to help with the emotional support..

I tried this product to help with my hot flashes as well as my other symptoms of menopause but did not feel any real significant relief after using this for about 1 month. Perhaps I did not give it enough time to start working, but I have since moved to another product has been better for me personally. I think everyone has different reactions to many products. I am sure this probably works well for many people since it is the main ingredient for many other products out there for menopause symptom-relief.
