Too good to be true but This is a Treasure, Money Saver!
This is too good to be true!! I own 3 other rangefinder, 1 of Callaway, 1 of Gogo, 1 of BlueTee. All nice BUT, BUT!!! All those takes TOO MANY BATTERIES!!! I golf at least 3 to 4 times a week, Yeah, I golf a lot!! And these 3 name brands consumes such batteries and I spent $200 worth already in 2 years.... So changed to USB Rechargeable Rangefinder, to this one. Oh Boy!!!! Let me tell you, I have not touched all those 3 expensive [all $200-$350] AT ALL. I have been using this for a year now and I only charged 2 times!! YES, You Read it correctly, charged 2 times and still going. I bought this for $50!!! And saved $100 worth of batteries already! Go get this my fellow golfers, you will not regret it. Features: Slopes! Works exactly as my BlueTee & Callaway! Accuracy: Same as top brands!! Sometimes, mine works better!

Accurate, Super-Fast, LONG Lasting Rechargeable Battery - Excellent Buy!
I replaced a lost Bushnell rangefinder with the Acegmet and I cannot be more pleased. The viewfinder is very easy to see through and provides a big clear view with an adjustable diopter ring to correct for vision and focus. It locks on the target very quickly, much faster than my lost Bushnell V3. It has inbuilt slope feature so you get the top reading as actual distance and lower reading as slope adjusted. I have used the rangefinder for 32 rounds of golf, without recharging, and it is still going strong. I have not see the low battery indicator yet. I bought the rangefinder on June 28, 2020 and I charged it fully JUST ONCE. i wanted to know how long it would last without a recharge. With 32+ rounds and still going, the rangefinder is definitely a great buy. I guess the only improvement I would like is to see how much charge is left in the battery. The quality and finish is very good and it has a smooth rubbery finish. It is also pretty small but with a great viewfinder window. I had tried another brand as well, but I really preferred the big, clear viewfinder on this unit. Excellent value for money. Don't be fooled by its low price and the appeal of other famous brands. This is an honest, unbiased, and unpaid review from a golfer.

Good value range finder
Easy to use and accurate. It has occasionally gotten inaccurate but if you reset it, it is fine. Overall very happy with it.

Great for golfers.
For a low priced range finder this works great. Keep it in my golf bag. Great battery life. Very accurate for the price

Quick, accurate measurements
Was weary of a cheap range finder, but was pleased to find out that it works just like any other range finder, for the most part. At the click of a button, you get quick, accurate yardage. It locks onto the flag swiftly and gets the job done. As for the battery life, it's very good. It seems like I rarely ever charge it, as I leave it in my golf bag most of the time. My main criticism would be that sometimes in high wind or in crowded conditions (trees, objects, etc), it struggles to lock onto the flag, and it needs several attempts to finally get it. Other than that, it works like any other range finder and will be a helpful tool on the course.

Accurate, reliable, easy to use
I have had this product since Nov 2020 and have used it every round since. I have to think that is about 50 rounds. I see all of these one star reviews questioning the five star reviews, and it confuses me. I regularly play with friends who have the Garmin watch which will tell them distance to the front, middle, and back of the green. They rely on me to tell them the distance to the flag. One has a Bushnell rangefinder ($350) and we are within 2-3 yards every time. The people giving one star reviews because it switches from yards to meters simply don't know how to use it! If you press and hold the blue button it will automatically switch from yards to meters and vice versa. You need to press the blue button and let go, then set the flag in the viewfinder and press/hold the button. I have charged this device twice since I got it, the first time after purchase, and the second time just last week because I couldn't believe the battery could last this long. This is an honest, non compensated review. Ignore the one star reviews, they are either one-offs who were delivered a defective product or lame brains who never bothered to read the manual. Do yourself a favor, buy this product, read the instructions, and you will be as impressed as I am.

Mode button stopped working
Worked pretty okay at first, but after a few uses, the mode button stopped working. Now I can't get it to switch from meters to yards. It's stuck on meters, which is of no use to me.

I was skeptical, but now I'm sold!
I have hesitated to buy a rangefinder because I was concerned about spending hundreds of dollars for one only to discover that it was difficult to lock on the flag instead of a tree or something else, or that it was time consuming to do so. I chose the ACEGMET laser rangefinder because of the reasonable price and excellent reviews, and I couldn't be happier with it! It easily locks onto the flag in a few seconds, and doesn't take as long to use as a golf app on your phone and is more accurate than the Garmin G20 watch I've been using because the watch doesn't know where the flagstick is located. If you are considering buying a laser rangefinder for the first time, this is an excellent choice. And I don't see what advantages a much more expensive one would have, other than to "impress" your friends with your expensive name-brand scope. Update: After using this rangefinder for an entire golf season, I again strongly recommend this scope. When I've played with others who had far more expensive rangefinders, our distances were practically the same, and any difference is probably attributable to one of us standing a yard or two closer or further away. I have made the mistake of accidentally setting it to meters instead of yards, but that was on me. As others have said, RTFI (Read the Flipping Instructions)! Holding the blue button down will switch the unit of measure, but it's all user error. It's not a bad idea to make sure its on the unit you want occasionally, but the unit is very accurate. And yes, a charge lasts for many rounds! I don't remember the last time I charged it, so I'm going to do so now. Hit 'em straight!
