A Super Antenna in Fixed/Portable Use
I have used this antenna repeatedly connected directly the Xmtr's SWR Meter and gotten excellent SWRs repeatedly. Also excellent signal reports. With 50 feet of 50-Ohn Coax and the antenna on a portable mast: On 70 cm an SWR of 1.00. On two meters with the same coax and set-up, an SWR of 1.01 and 1.02. Repeatable rock-stable the same SWRs from desk-top rigs to HTs. I have not tried it on my car. Here with my past employers and State Laws I do not xmit while in motion. I have a pretty good telescopic multiband VHF antenna on my car. So for this HYS antenna's super performance while parked, I could swing this antenna up to vertical. That's next.

So far so good.
For a mobile antenna it’s working great. Able to hit a repeater 40 miles away with a handy talk on 5 watts. Only installed for a day and will update when actually put to work.

Great for a base station Ameture!
I bought this to have greater range on my hand-held radios for monitoring while inside a metal building. Also using it for my bunker when inside that way I can monitor what's going on outside as well. Takes a little time to set up and tune your hand-held radios to it but the increased range is fantastic for just a listing post.

Cannot set the SWR
This is the worst antenna I’ve ever owned ! No matter what is tuned it will not achieve a 1.5 SWR stays in the red all the time ! This antenna is not worth the money and I highly recommend no one else buy it !
