If person measures 36" (at sternum, under breast) around ribs, this is 'borderline' between sizes. Do we size up...? Recommendations, please?

I like it but it’s prickly

This is a great product and works for what I need however the product itself has these little pokey pieces that come out and poke your skin. Sometimes you can deal with it and others I have removed it and had a rash from it.

Wear this binder every day. It is quite comfortable and wears well. Good purchase. It is also a nice size being a narrow binder that can fit just about any person that needs one of these.
