This supplement has been a literal miracle for me in terms of reducing symptoms of too much estrogen. Night and day difference is all I can say! I have also read it can help with cholesterol levels, so I'll be eager to see after my next labs. I had previously tried DIM supplements but was not able to tolerate those. These are very gentle on the stomach, easy to take, zero side effects for me.

It did help with my estrogen dominance but I had to take the full dose and sometimes it gave me heartburn. Good product though and I did see results from it

I was diagnosed with estrogen and progesterone positive breast cancer several years ago. I had surgery and radiation therapy but refused to go on the suggested aromatase inhibitor meds. I use natural supplements such as DIM to reduce any estrogen remaining in my already hysterectomized body (no ovaries). I apparently still have some circulating estrogen because my fibrocystic, dense breasts were still painful when doing my own breast exams. This was recommended by a naturopath who deals mainly with breast health. I took one pill in the morning and literally 3 days later I could squeeze my girls without one bit of pain! Been on a low calorie, low carb diet for years without ever losing a pound. I did it because if I ate normally I would gain weight. I decided against Indole-3-Carbinol (I3C) because of the bad taste and smell and against DIM because of other bad side effects. I put them on the last resort list, but I never needed to go there. My hormones are coming into balance and I feel so much better in addition to the miraculous (for me) weight loss. I highly recommend this to women who have tried everything and can't lose the weight. It's not your fault if it's hormones. Try this and see if it works for you. To speed it up try adding the Myo-inositol and progesterone cream. This has worked for me after years of frustration.
