My mattress was delivered to Nagercoil on September 9, 2024. Despite being in the same city, Safeexpress, Amore Mattresses' delivery partner, has intentionally delayed the delivery until today, October 16, 2024. Despite repeated attempts to contact them via phone, I have received no response. This kind of negligent service is unacceptable. I urge Amore Mattresses to reconsider their partnership with Safeexpress and find a more reliable delivery service. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by this entire ordeal.

I ordered queen size It's slightly off sizing, the right side of the bed has a small gap between the bed and cot The length is slightly tight For comfort so far it's good, bouncy, you can feel & hear the springs at times The top portion of the bed is slightly bigger than the bottom, not sure if that's the design or a manufacturing defect! All my beds so far are equal in length breath width and height for all sides..... This one is off.....
