Feels and smells heavenly! The lavender scent is so relaxing. Wraps nicely around the neck, and the moist heat has really helped with my sore neck and base of my skull. I like that you can put it in the freezer too!

It does heat up and feel nice but the smell is overwhelming and horrible and makes me feel sick! It smells bad!! Yuck. I get the worst headache and feel nauseous.Update - I immediately heard from the seller after writing this review. She was so kind and caring and offered me a full refund. She said the odor was from the fresh seeds and would dissipate with usage. I am extremely sensitive to smells, much more than most people. I can't be around any perfumes.Everything else about it is great. It is well made and the weight is perfect and the materials soft. (I'm very fussy about textures too.) It does heat up nicely in the microwave and felt heavenly to my sore neck.

I got this product for severe neck pain. I also have back pain. It warm up great in the microwave and holds heat well. My issue was the weight of the heating pad. When resting in bed you don't notice it, but once I start walking around the house I can feel the weight of it actually pushing my head forward which is bad for the neck. Wish the whole thing was lighter.

Not a paid review... I really love this wrap! Love the lavendar scent, and it is soft and easily conforms to the shape I want. However I decided it was smaller than I wished, (the 5" width) . I contacted the seller directly, as they instructed and they were wonderful to work with! I was able to receive the size I wanted with ease. Thank you!

Heats up well in microwave and heat lasts long.time.So comforting. Well worth the price. Also love the lavender scent. It is soothing and not overwhelming.

Overall, not bad. Fabric and stitching is good. A little shy on the filling about 3 inches lacking. See photo and video. Takes double the time to heat up than my last bag… Four minutes.

The material is soft and fits comfortably around the neck and shoulder area. My son likes to use it after working his cows. It holds the heat well and has been used every day since it was delivered. So far it seems durable and it stays in place. I wish it had a better smell than it does, but it doesn’t stop us from using it. This item is so versatile and we’ve used it for neck, shoulders, and even knee pain relief. It’s a great value for the price and an item we love having in hand. I like that I can pick which side I want it on materiel wise depending on if I want the fleece or T-shirt material side. So far the fleece side has been my go to. With our microwaved we heated it for 1 minute on 1 side and went ahead and did another 45 seconds on the other and it’s the perfect temperature. It held the heat right around 30 minutes and the weight is the perfect weight for sore muscles.

Great job relieving my neck pain. This heating pad stayed in place as I worked at my desk and the heat lasted a long time. So happy with it and the cost was so reasonable. I was pleased with my choice.
