Good book especially for quick healthy ramadan recipes

As per my previous review, again I sourced this for my sister who will, hopefully, use it shortly when her student arrives who has requested Halal food.

An excellent book, so many interesting foods from all over the world. Easy to follow instructions and pictures, introduced me and the family to some really interesting ingredients.

Bought as a gift for someone who likes to eat well but wants to broaden her tastes (being a vegetarian can be a bit limiting). She loves it.
