This is very good, it works exactly like rhodiola extract should. You can see the difference in anxiety and stress within 2 hours. I am very satisfied with this product

Been some time since I bought it, as you can tell from the date on it. I don't take it daily but when I do, it's 1 tab a day for couple of days. Didn't see any side effects. So it's safe to take. Also haven't seen a lot of help from it as yet. Maybe if you pair it with ashwagandha, ginkgo biloba, ginseng it can give noticeable benefits. It is mostly helpful for endurance and performance like in sports, workout, etc. Oh and it smells a lot!! (Not like fish oil but still awful)

I am absolutely furious with this product. I demand my money back immediately! Not even 5 days after using it, I started having serious sleep problems. This product is a complete waste of money and does NOT work as advertised. It's causing me more harm than good. I regret purchasing it and will never recommend it to anyone. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this!

Didnt see any benefits

I've experimented with a lot of nootropics in the past, including Rhodiola but blended in with other herbs. This is the first time I tried pure Rhodiola and I'm on Day 6. It's fantastic. I used Mucuna for many years before this but was searching for an edge... This solved it. Gives you a slight buzz and balances your brain hormones nicely. Doesn't agitate like Ginseng or lead to Anhedonia like Ashwagandha or Brahmi... Great with your pre workout morning coffee, and also to give you a boost post a tiring work day. Increases concentration and focus without making you jittery or anxious. Have I just stumbled upon the ultimate nootropic? Super impressed with Trexgenics. Cutting edge stuff produced locally. I've just ordered another two boxes.

I found that this Rhodiola brand is the best you can get in India. It's of excellent quality and also most reasonably priced. I use it for ca. 3 months and then give it a gap of 1-2 months. It's specially useful for the winter months for low moods and more ppenergy - I have slow recovery from colds as well as work outs, though I only go for 50 minutes walk daily, but I feel the difference when I stop taking the Rhodiola, I am much stiffer then...highly recommend this product.

It helps me fatigue caused from fibromyalgia.I take it along with Himalaya ashwgandha tablet which improves mood.
