This is very good, it works exactly like rhodiola extract should. You can see the difference in anxiety and stress within 2 hours. I am very satisfied with this product

Been some time since I bought it, as you can tell from the date on it. I don't take it daily but when I do, it's 1 tab a day for couple of days. Didn't see any side effects. So it's safe to take. Also haven't seen a lot of help from it as yet. Maybe if you pair it with ashwagandha, ginkgo biloba, ginseng it can give noticeable benefits. It is mostly helpful for endurance and performance like in sports, workout, etc. Oh and it smells a lot!! (Not like fish oil but still awful)

In my case It’s really effective, i mix it with l tyrosine and it removes my brain fog, boost energy and helps with my procrastination, cheap and high quality. It shouldn’t be taken at night it has hyper alertness effects . And cos it comes from plant, it may cause stomach upset if you mix it with beans or other high fibre food. It’s now endangered species in international trade so we are lucky to have it here

Didnt see any benefits

I am absolutely furious with this product. I demand my money back immediately! Not even 5 days after using it, I started having serious sleep problems. This product is a complete waste of money and does NOT work as advertised. It's causing me more harm than good. I regret purchasing it and will never recommend it to anyone. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this!

I've experimented with a lot of nootropics in the past, including Rhodiola but blended in with other herbs. This is the first time I tried pure Rhodiola and I'm on Day 6. It's fantastic.
