70mai TPMS Tyre Pressure Monitoring System Lite

A very accurate and sturdy device. Very easy to use, elegant and user friendly. I set it up in 5 minutes both on my phone and the monitor. It gave the tire pressures very accurately. Highly recommended.

I liked this TPMS from 70mai except the thing that it doesn't have a PSI unit conversion on the hud. This should be incorporated in the upcoming updates hopefully. The fit and finish of the device is great. Would recommend this for sure

I have been using this TPMS for more than a year. Its a must accessory if you often drive long distances.The TPMS is very easy to install and setup. it gives accurate readings and gives warning if the tyre is over/ under inflated.Cons: It only gives the pressure values in BAR. should have been good if it had configuration to switch the values to PSI and vice versa

Lifesaving device. Easy to install and starts working right away. The receiver is small and can easily work on solar power so no charging cable is required. The only improvement would be if we could see the pressures in PSI rather than bar

After a lot of research, and being happy with a 70mai dashcam I preferred to buy this one. But ended up with many disappointments. In a nutshell the accuracy is good but receiver is very bad in many ways. Here is my detailed review -1. Poor battery and functionality:The receiver device is ideally be placed on dashboard - far from easy reachability. This shouldn't matter as long as you don't have to start the device manually everytime after a long parking. Even if the car is parked for 24 hours after fully charging the device, the battery would still die totally and do not restart by itself. It needs to be charged again using cable or solar power for a while and then manually restart. So everytime you start the car you have do yoga, probably wile driving, to reach the device's start button. This is a very annoying process.2. Receiver and app:Another reason I opted this device against other ones available like Sensyair or Skyshop is due to the fact that 70mai has both receiver for continuous monitoring as well as a mobile app. Only after purchasing I realized that the mobile app is useless if the receiver is off - I couldn't find the seller or manufacturer mentioning this.3. Solar power:This is supposed to be a good feature and device should be looking good over the dashboard with no cables running around. But when you have to connect the device through a cable anyways, because it dies after parking or used during night drives, what is the point of having solar power - the extra cost isn't justified.4. Battery:My dashcam's lithium rechargeable battery died after 2 years. I heard this is the usual life of 70mai batteries. The replacement one costs INR1500. While the battery that goes to tire sensors is mentioned, there is no information about the battery used in the receiver5. Convertor:You need to memorize the PSI and Bar conversions of the recommended pressure for your car. The device comes only in bar units but everywhere in India we use psi units.Other: The external sensors are easy to install. But every time you want to fill the tires, you need to carry the wrench to unlock the sensors - open - close - lock again. This is time taking and irritates people behind you in queue. I suggest to go for internal tpms sensors whichever brand you buy. Its one time effort.

Was on tour to omkareshwar and tyre started loosing pressure because of one small puncture. This device alerted me with beep and found the tyre almost flat. If the device was not there I had lost the tyre for sure.I keep device in close compartment charged with its cable as I don't like to add this on my car dashboard as it makes it difficult for cleaning. It's still useful as it sounds nice beep in case of abnormalities in pressure and temperature.

Ok, writing it here after calibrating and using it recently. It's accuracy is limited to +0.2 bar. The other features like build,ease of use are good.

Just a simple thing accurate trustworthy which can be so much useful on your long as well as sort trips. as we doesn't check our tyre pressure very often just install it and boom. u are free from worries that the tyre pressure is ok or not especially for the tubeless tyre . many a times it happend that it seems that the tyre pressure is low but after getting it check we come to know that it is ok. so in that scenario this thing can save our time.
