We had already planned our Cornish trip and selected 2 little fishing villages from online recommendations and our knowledge. To read further, I searched and many standard guides received very lukewarm reviews so I bought this. I am so very happy with my choice.It is super. Comprehensive and yet concise.

Selected this book for help in planning a trip to Cornwall and found it to be an excellent resource.

This book has many details about things to see and do that more common travel book, like Rick Steves, don't have. However, it is missing a wide variety of housing possibilities. I especially appreciated the author's comments about local resources & businesses that are well-known to the author. I see this book as a great companion to go with the more practical books like Rick Steves. I'm very glad that I purchased it!

This is a great book which helps discover places you wouldn’t usually find. A great resource if you enjoy the more off the beaten track places and the unusual facts.Delighted with purchase.

Don't make the mistake I did - it's a nice book but I wanted a guide to the Scillies and only 25 of 350 pages are about them!
