Very informative and easy to read, lots of helpful information. Clear and easy to understand, really good book for aspiring Principals.

This book has so many great points for administrators. It is funny but realistic.

My friend bought me a copy when I went through admin training and I bought copies for another friend and my wife when they went through it as well. I thinks it's more valuable that the classes we're required to take for a prelim credential here in the Sacramento, California area.

This book changed the way I view being a principal. Everyone should read this, even teachers.
