Masterplast Migra Cool Patches x 3 for Migraines and Headaches

I have been using them since my migraines stopped, which I had for many years, until I stopped eating cheese. However I still get a fuzzy head and feel uncomfortable and especially when you can get these at £1 a pack in lots of cheap shops I found them a boon. If you can't find them in a shop then get these. Each one is in its own little cellophane wrapping and then in an additional wrapping usually of 3. They stick to the forehead and have a minty smell and are very cooling. I imagine it has properties that help to stop the headache as they do that to. Yes, they do look a bit still stuck on your head, especially if you answer the door to the postman, but you can use a scarf or they make special ties you can buy online. There are others for children. They are a bit smaller and cheaper but just as good for adults.

This little patches work wonders, used with painkillers as well it really helps and you can sleep wearing them too
