I bought this because it was a wifi camera, where to start, The software is in Chinese, the Mode button was broke, the actual picture quality wasn't the worst but OMG the lag this thing had. I had it connected to my brand new dual band router etc. and I was also close by it too. You would move the camera and about 10-20 seconds later you would see the image change. If that was all maybe you could deal with your camera feed being delayed up to sometimes 20 seconds but never was less than 10 seconds out of sync. But this thing would simply just cut out and go black screen and constantly lose connection. My router/wifi setup is top notch and I'm a programmer/game developer (20+ years experience) and know how to network systems etc. Lastly the camera got so hot it felt like it was going to start a fire and melt the camera case and that was just being on about 20 minutes and I live in ice cold WI.

I never was able to get it to connect to wifi. It had no voice prompts like it said it would and the manual was confusing.

Ordered 2 of these and obviously they were not new. One came with a standard micro usb charging cable as well as a ridged bendable one for posing the camera. The other only came with the standard cable no magnetic stand or possible cable. One of the most important parts, if not the most important part period, was missing from both cameras making them completely useless. There was no registration number or QR code to link the camera to an account and initialize the set up process for the device.

The media could not be loaded.  Wireless camera is connected to the device, can use mobile phone to watch live. Images bring sharp, high quality sound recording system. Support night vision, bring the image quality as daytime. Resistant to inclement weather. Suitable for use in homes, garages, companies, public places.

I bought this mini cam and from day one it didn’t work! I contacted them and they said send it back and they would check it out! They told me that if they found nothing wrong they couldn’t do anything!So I said ok, but I would have to pay a $10 shipping fee ! Really I never buy anything from them again!I threw it in the trash

this camera made my sd card so hot it burnt my fingers. the picture quality is very dark and grainy. good luck if you purchase this camera, your going to need it!!

It overheats so had to send back twice. I may try a different brand cause couldn't get this one to work.
