Love this computer!!!!
I wanted a computer that I can use with 3D software design and was affordable. This was the computer that gave me the most for my money. So fare its supper fast and and is doing everything I want it to. When I set up the computer I did all of the updates before using and it ran perfectly and had no problems. I would recommend this computer to anyone that's looking for a computer with great graphics and supper speed.

Excellent and Reliable
This is the first product I've purchased from SkyTech and much to my appreciation, the prebuilt was safely packaged, which would be my first priority when receiving an online order. Second, upon inspecting for unplugged wires or parts misaligned, and there was none of it! Everything was neatly squared away and cable managed, unlike other previous prebuilt computers I've purchased. This may be the perfect budget gaming build for any first time buyers too! Shipping was a huge bonus as well! I received this just less than a week, after ordering. Included were a short troubleshooting guide, a quickstart instructional sheet, proof of boot-up to ensure quality, and a folder to keep these documents. A free mouse and keyboard were also provided.

Great product
I love the product I received. Everything worked when I got it. Everything thing was correct from the graphics card to the 1tb ssd. There’s room to add another ssd or a regular hard drive. There’s a mount kinda hidden though, but really wish it came with at least a 2 to ssd. Overall I had issues upon connecting monitors to it because it wouldn’t start up with all the monitors I’d have to mess with it but alas this stopped. I contacted support and got great feed back and was very helpful. The computer also upon starting gives you contact support and remote support installed in the device which was very helpful and convenient. I would definitely buy again from skytech!

Can't beat the value!
After 10 years, my trusty gaming tower that I build and upgraded on a budget finally bit the dust. I started shopping around for parts to start a new build, and realized how expensive parts have gotten these days. I've never bought a pre-built system, but a friend bought a Skytech and loved it, so I looked into it.Honestly, for the parts alone, you cant beat the price. And as much as I loved building my previous towers, the convenience of a nice pre-built system sounded appealing to me as I was feeling a little rusty. The system arrived and after removing the packing foam inside, I powered up the computer and it worked. I did realize as some of the other reviewers have mentioned, Skytech could do with a little more quality control.1. I did not have a "quick start guide" which some of the stickers said to consult with first. If I didn't know any better, I may have powered up the computer without removing the inside foam.2. I checked every input on the tower to ensure it all worked, and thats where I ran into another QC issue. The top panel inputs weren't working properly. I found that the USB headers for the top panel were plugged in misaligned, and it was an easy fix after tracing some cables. I feel like many would be super frustrated with the most accessible inputs not working, and those with no experience inside a computer would not have a good time figuring it out, even if tech support was walking them through it. Seems like a simple QC task to add to the checklist to test all inputs.3. The lights. There is software to control the Ryzen CPU lights, but the computer didn't have them pre-installed, which I found very strange. The other fan lights may have software to control them, but even after checking the skytech site's RGB guide, I couldnt get controls working on the rest of the fan lights. Every time the system turns on it seems to start at the first setting for the lights, and I have to manually press the button on the top panel to adjust them. Honestly, I did not care about lights, I like a less flashy computer, but they're nice to have, just wish I could control them via software or have them off by default at startup. (maybe you can and I'll update if I can get it working, but it should be pre-installed)4. I wish Skytech listed anywhere the expandability options. Specifically on this build, there were two SSD brackets, one with the 1TB that it came with, and one empty. Good to know I could add another SSD, but wish it was listed in the specs. I pretty much took the tower apart examining everything, and found a 3.5" HDD bracket hidden in the separate psu compartment at the bottom of the case. I wish it was listed somewhere that this was there! It sounds like I had some issues with this computer, but honestly, I love it. I think with a big purchase such as this gaming pc, there should definitely be more information readily available, and maybe a little more quality control. But this is a GREAT value. If you add up current prices on most of the components, you would definitely be at or over this price.

1600???$$ for missing parts?
Bought this computer for gaming, it does that part well. No questions asked. But i was sent a PC with no fan controller. The CPU fan sounds like a damn hurricane. No lights working. Told it would be 2 weeks before i got said fan controller to hopefully turn the fans and lights on.... overall, extremely dissappointed to spend this kind of money and stare at a dimly lit wind tunnel.

Is It worth it?
I bought this pc on january, and it had so so many issues, but it was fine for about 4 months. Then it started restarting at random times, and after a while, i just couldn't use it. Then I had to send it to the skytech tech support for them to get it fixed, in return, i got a new 2080 super which made me really happy. But there was still one problem, my ram slots were acting weird. Then i had to ask fro replacement ram. Here I am now, the quality after all of this shenanigens is amazing. Overall, I really love my pc right now, but if you don't want to go through this type of problem, then there are many other brands that won't serve you wrong.

Wow!
This computer is absolutely stunning! On top of being gorgeous to look at, the quality of the casing is so nice. Everything that was listed is what I got. AND as a surprise it came with a mouse and keyboard! The keyboard was a little shakey and loud but the mouse is amazing, comfortable, and has the rgb coloring to match. The graphic card and processor in this computer alone is around 1300 dollars to buy them separately. The specs seemed to good to be true, but trust me, it's not only true, but better than expected. All lights and fans working, no issues whatsoever.
