Trying this product for the first time, I experienced 3 very clear improvements in my health. A huge improvement in inflammation. A definite boost in mental clarity and overall focus. But the biggest benefit I noticed and the one I most appreciate is increased energy that sustains me throughout the day and well into the evening. Very impressed with this product and definitely will be purchasing again. Isn't that enough to justify taking them every day? For me it is but they always almost guarantee you won't get sick unless you're rolling around in a snotty nose daycare during cold season. Outside of that, I can almost promise these will protect immunity. There have been a lot studies on Reishi and its effectiveness as an immune system booster so don't take my word for it.

I started taking these upon recommendation from my physician to combat some of the side effects as I am a recovering alcoholic. One of the unfortunate effects of drinking over a long period of time is severe vitamin B1 deficiency which can cause brain damage in areas mostly associated with memory, heart regulation and even moment. After taking these as directed for only a week it felt like the "mental fog" started to recede and I was more focused, my memory didn't feel so loose and I just felt closer to being me again. These have been a great aid in the road to recovery and have made a significant and noticeable impact that I wouldn't have guessed was possible from anything that didn't require a prescription.

After I started using this product, I could not feel any jitters or increase in stomach acidity unlike the regular black coffee.I have been using this product for almost half a year. Although focus is still questionable as advertised, but never felt any jitters or acidity in stomach.

I like this product already. I have read that this product is a long term supplement that will have some positive effect on the long run so I will continue to take it for the next 2 months to see if there is a chance in my ability to focus and stay focused. If you're looking for quick focus/ weird feeling stick to your prescription drugs. If you are looking for marginal improvement in your mental health then try this.
