Seems ok, I had a plastic one previously, this is ceramic. Happy so far.

Really well made ceramic pipe and an excellent price. I didn’t want a plastic pipe, as ceramic is more benign in terms of potential off-gassing and eventual product end-of-life disposal, thus less environmentally harmful. I use it for inhaling vapours from 3-4 drops of 15% Lugol’s iodine solution drops, to help treat Eustachian tube disfunction. Astonishingly, it worked first time and my tinnitus has stopped after 9 months of semi-constant noise. My recovery could be a coincidence, no way of knowing otherwise. Nevertheless, useful device for home healthcare use. Salt pipe use is unsupported by gold standard trials, as not a pharmaceutical drug. Salt pipe use developed after various observational studies noticed salt miners were uniquely free of respiratory disease amongst miners of other materials, and fugitives from war hiding in salt caves remained in good health despite privations of war. In my case, worth every penny after one use and is a useful addition to the medicine chest.

Easy to use, seems to be effective & salt is an ancient "cleanser" - cleared sinuses and throat felt "cleansed". Suggest don't over use, gentle start.

Great pipe and good price. Salt falls our the bottom so I keep it in the bag when using.

Helps with my breathing. I am impressed, using the pipe has helped to relieve congestion without loads of medication.

This white ceramic salt pipe came with Natural Hiamlayan salt. It was easy to fill. Directions are included on how to use it. The first time I used it I slept 9 hours straight! Usually I wake after 3 or 4 hours and find it hard to go back to sleep. I think this will also help to clear your mind if you follow the directions of how to breathe. You inhale from the pipe which gives you a slight salty taste. You do Not exhale back into the pipe as this will create moisture which will shorten the salts efficiency and shorten its lifespan. it comes with a drawstring bag for storage. I fully recommend this product. It should not be used by anyone with high blood pressure, but is suitable for most people.

Arrived quickly as described. I do think using this helped me to loosen and shift what had been a stubborn chest infection!

Finally I can breathe with ease, no more itchy eyes. And, best result is I no longer have those ugly under eye allergy shiners that made me look as if I had not slept in days. It requires no effort to use, and is definitely not messy. Easy to carry around in the little pouch it came with. Definitely a life saver.
