Would this be ok mounting at a slight angle? I was thinking of using this the Vetroo K1 case

Hello, we cannot recommend mounting this any other way other than as intended. We do not test the unit for these situations and cannot take liability for any damages incurred due to improper installation.

Will this fit on Liian pc011 dynamic chassis?

Hello, the Thermaltake DP100-D5 supports the same mounting as a 360mm radiator. Any case that offer a mounting location for 360mm radiators vertically, should be fine as it has the same clearance. We do not recommend running this product unless it is mounted standing up vertically.

Is this suppose to have a metal ball moving around inside?

Hello, We apologize for this issue as this is not intended. If it can fall out of one of the G 1/4 ports to be removed and everything else is fine, you should be good. Any concerns with it or damage from this, we suggest to replace as there should not be anything inside the distro plate it self and was likely left from the factory.

This thing looks sweet in my build! The pump is a little noisy, but it's PWM, so you can turn down the speed without any noticeable performance hits.

Really like this water block. Had one on a 10 series cpu a few years ago and never gave me any issues. Fast forward and upgraded to a 13th gen so I got another. Not compatible with LGA 1700 you say? Ok, there is an backplate upgrade kit available to make it so. New backplate arrives and it's exactly the same as what was in the box the 2nd time I purchased (but not the first). They must be shipping these with the new updates backplates now and not disclosing it. Software works great for me. A little patience and the customization of thermaltakes ecosystem is awesome. I have this, riing quads, riing plus,LCD, swafan and waterblock all running together without using a single board header. Pretty slick. Don't be scared of the software, been using it for years and version 2.0 works great for me. Also neon maker FTW!
