I know preferences and needs vary from one individual to the next, but for me personally this is the perfect “CPAP pillow”. I use the “small side”. I’ve used it with both full-face and nasal masks. The firmness ensures that the pressure of my head doesn’t cause the rest of the pillow to rise and push against the mask. So even if the mask isn’t exactly positioned above the dips on the sides, I don’t experience leaks due to the pillow. Perfect combination of comfort and function for me and I’ve tried several pillows and I’m very particular about them in general.

Love this pillow just what was needed to complete my good nights rest . It was too high but has a removable layer that makes it just right . Worth the price .

I purchased this pillow based on reviews (which I try to read regularly when shopping for anything). It took me about a week to adjust to this pillow, but now I'm happy I have it. It is quite thick so it may not work for everyone. One side is higher than the other and I'm only able to use the shorter/thinner side myself. I'm a plus size woman and I need good support for my neck - especially as a side sleeper). This pillow is firm, yet comfortable. It has just enough give in my opinion. The CPAP cut outs are a plus and do provide less hose obstruction.

Painfully firm. I like the shape and ability to adjust the height but it’s so firm that I wake up in the middle of the night with my ear painfully compressed and have to either switch sides or ditch the pillow for the rest of the night. Would not buy again.

I had to get used to the pillow the first nite. Its not like sleeping on a soft down pillow and took off one layer of pillow to my neck is comfortable sleeping and the 2nd nite I slept so good and got used to it while wearing a CPAP. It is mostly for side sleepers but at times I slept on my back for a bit then switched to sleeping on the side. Bought a different kind of CPAP pillow 3 months ago and it was too flat so this is so much better. My husband and I are happy with this CPAP pillows. Conceptually, the pillow is great -- I really thought it would work for me to lower my AHI numbers with my PAP machine, but instead, it doubled them. I tried for 3 days each every combination of sides of the pillow and pillow height adjustments as well as the pillow cases. I could never get comfortable. As I slept restlessly because I was never comfortable, whenever my head changed positions (in my sleep), the mask would move slightly, causing a small air leak, which contributed to my poor numbers. As an FYI, the pillow, being similar to a memory foam, is fairly stiff and has many ridged to help keep one's head in a fixed place, but that also means if one tries to move the head or if your head is too large or too small for the built-in indentations in the pillow, the concept won't work.The second part of the problem with this pillow was even more disconcerting. Lundberg states, "BUY WITH COMPLETE CONFIDENCE: if for any reason our face pillow doesnt reduce air leaks, mask pressure or doesn't improve your quality of sleep, contact us for a full refund." The problem with that is that for this guarantee to work, a way of contacting Lundberg must be provided somehow, somewhere. There is no such link, nor is there one provided in the Amazon Lundberg store. Nor could I Google the company. So there is no way to return the product other than through the Amazon 30-day window.

Game changer! High quality, heavy pillow that has greatly reduced my Cpap leaks. I love that one pillow has two different heights, an additional removable layer and two pillow cases. This was well designed and made with quality products.
