I've tried other CLA products, but this one is superior in my view. I initially purchased it because of the high potency (to help stimulate my metabolism) and due to the generous pill count per bottle. I'm making it a part of my regimen because it works so well for me! I feel better, my energy levels are up-without stimulants, and it helps to flatten my stomach (really!). Product came quickly and arrived sealed and in great condition. Gel capsules are large but I haven’t had any issues taking them. I have only been taking this for almost a week but can already seeing a difference. I am 1 lbs down from my lowest fluctuating weight. My weight usually fluctuates 3to 4lbs. I weigh myself daily so I know my weight fluctuations! I have been in a weight plateau for a while so even a small move down on the scale is huge! My energy level has been increasing. I’m looking forward to seeing how much this product helps with weight loss and energy over the next couple months. I purchased this product to help jump start my weight loss goals for 2022. I have been taking it for 2 weeks now. It does curb my appetite, so I don't find myself wanting to snack so often. Also, I don't eat as much during meals. I feel full after taking the capsules 3 times a day with a meal. There is a slight after taste with the capsule, but nothing too bothersome. I have lost 3 pounds in the past 2 weeks, and that is without any exercise or strict dieting. I have just started to work out so I expect better results in the coming weeks. One thing I notice is this product makes you use the bathroom. It cleans your system out. That is not a bad thing, but when your body urges you to find a restroom, hurry! I am pleased with this purchase and will update at a later time with more results.

I have been taking this for a couple of months now. It does help to suppress appetite so if you are a snacker, it should help with that. I am not, and work out six hours a week and eat healthy, but due to menopause, have gained weight in spite of my efforts. I was hopeful this would help me see the results of my efforts, but unfortunately, menopause still wins and I don’t see any visible results from taking this. It seems to have been successful with many other reviewers, so more power to you. Just sharing for those also in menopause that it doesn’t seem to help with the kind of weight gain that comes with this stage of life.
