Air Fryer Cookbook for Weight Loss: 100 Crave-Worthy Favorites Made Healthy Review: Excellent cookbook - Of all the cookbooks I have purchased since beginning this round of WW last July, Jamie's is by far the most practical and well written one! I read it cover to cover during my lunch and realized I had marked .. two-thirds of the recipes to try. Jamie clearly has done the most thorough job of following WW guidelines while offering recipes that fit any kind of healthy modern eating. I love that there are no fake foods (Velveeta cheese) or sugar substitutes. I imagine as a trained nurse she knew that the chemical substitutes are just as bad and sometimes worse than the small amounts of sugar a few of her recipes contain. I don't mind at all that the latest WW iteration of 'personal points' is not included in this cookbook as I really don't find it difficult to enter a new recipe on the WW app and add it to my plan. I do like the inclusion of calories since not everyone on the planet is on WW and even those who are may want to know the amount of calories we are eating. In my opinion, calories count, too! I highly recommend this cookbook if you are new to air frying as Jamie explains how to start using and maintaining the air fryer. If you are not new, the recipes are healthy and delicious and easy to find within the book. My husband was dealing with a medical issue that required an incredibly low-fat diet, and many recipes fit the specifications or could be modified to be even lower fat. I appreciated that the recipes were pretty simple and tasty, and had nutritional information for each dish which isn't always in the other air-fryer cookbooks. It has a weight-loss education chapter in the front, and it seemed like practical normal advice for someone trying to lose a few pounds (vs anything crazy unhealthy).

Creative, yet not Complicated
Lots of delicious sounding recipes without spending the day in the kitchen with dozens of ingredients. Great use of pork.

Tried this new book and already lost 102 lb in one week haha no but the truth is this is a great book beginners would love it and the price is definitely right

Love this cookbook
So many appealing and delicious recipes (Don't need pictures. The recipe names and ingredients say it all). For the most part recipes are easy to make and use 7 ingredients or less. Directions for recipes are well written and concise. Good information on why recipes are more healthful, nutritious and lower calorie than their counterparts. Plenty of low calorie recipes and some splurges as well. The title says "Crave-worthy favorites made healthy". Totally agree!

Amazing!
I like that the recipes are simple. If you aren't cooking to lose w, you can use a bit more, such as regular marmalade. I will recommend this to several of my friends that need fast and easy meals while they are changing their approach to eating.

Great book, great price too! Recipes are straightforward and everything I’ve made turns out fantastic. The downfall is lack of pics, only ones are found at beginning of each chapter. However I can overlook this because the recipes speak for themselves. Easy peasy!
