This 2 pills a day is easy to take. It does not have any taste which is a great alternative to a beet root powder. I have begun a strenuous workout program to get back into shape after some time of being a couch potato (I was in great shape a few years ago but have dealt with some health issues). I had reviewed the benefits of beet root prior to the purchase of this product. After taking this product for a week, I noticed that I did not experience the leg fatigue during a workout as previously experienced. I also had some energy boost as well. I will keep taking this product in hopes that my performance will increase over the next month. I would highly recommend this product if you are starting an activity.

Very Pleased
Monitoring my blood pressure. Have not seen any change but haven't taken it long enough yet. However I seem to have more energy and am feeling better.

Good for Nitric Oxide levels and artery flexibility
Any supplement that can improve blood flow and keep the walls of the arteries from stiffening is worth the try. If it can raise nitric oxide levels then it is definitely worth the price. I will know better over time and further blood testing.

Good beet root pill.
Good beet product if you are just getting started. I wanted to try a beet root pill to see if it works as well as the beet root powder drinks. After taking the pill for a weeks worth of workouts and runs, I will say it isn't bad, but not as good as the powder. There just isn't enough beet root in the pill (1.3g in pill to 10g in the powder) but the pill does work and there is a noticeable difference in performance. It is easy to take and if you don't like the taste of beet root, this is a great alternative.

I don’t like the taste of beets and A friend of mine told me what a good response she was having from these supplements. Very pleased with them. I’ve reordered a few times already.

Great to help naturally lower your BP
Stage one hypertension, great for helping lower the blood pressure naturally and prevent you going on blood pressure medication.

Great for introducing teenagers too supplements
It maybe a bit thick, but all in all it has given slow energy. The effects do not kick in until about 3-4 weeks later. Best thing there is no after taste or side effects thus far.
