How long does it take OTTO to charge?

Although it will feel like forever, it only takes 45-minutes.

Why is it called a SMART milling technology with AI?

Ordinary grinders don’t react to material, causing clumping, balling, or uneven grinds. Our patented SMART Milling Technology senses material in real time, adjusting speed, direction, and pressure to deliver perfect, consistent texture every time.

How long does the battery last?

Way long. A full charge will last at least 20 fills.

What is the difference between milling and grinding?

Milling is a more precise procedure, which ensures a more consistent size and texture without crushing or creating powder.

What happens if the material sticks to the milling plates?

If material is too sticky, you may need to dry it for a few hours or more before feeding it to OTTO.
