No protective seal/package ... so don't know it's genuinity, not expected from L'Oreal professional. Above all there's no protective seal even beneath the black top lid ... ridiculous & unacceptable. So Authenticity of product in doubt.

When i unboxed package, i got surprised it dont have a minimum sealing outside cap or inside.. I thought i got scammed through amazone. And i search youtube videos of opening.. Then i realised brand not provide any sealing.. Its very bad.. How will customers sure about its not a used product
