Comfort level is good. The first pair were worn for a couple ...
The Vionic Orthaheel shoes that I've experienced---and that includes 7 pairs with another on the way---have all supported the pronation of my flat feet very well. They have all been very stylish without that orthopedic, oversized shoe look. Comfort level is good. The first pair were worn for a couple of hours and time increased with getting used to the new feel. Now they can be worn all day. Foot alignment has improved and pain has diminished. I will continue with Vionic Orthaheel shoes and hope new styles and color selections will be available as seasons change.

Jury still out
If it weren't such a pain in the posterior I'd return these shoes but even with Prime membership I would be paying postage on these. Dolores womens slip-ons: leather is stiff and unpleasant around the Vamp, Toe Box presses on my big toe which I find very unpleasant. That being said, I have noticed the leather relaxes and becomes more comfortable once I massaged the Vamp. I haven't done very much to break these in since I may still return them and Amazon makes it clear you can't actually try the shoes out, only slip them on and off. This is the 3rd pair of Vionic with Orthoheel I'm testing out; the other two were returned because they didn't fit so I did order a half size bigger, which helped in the overall fit and comfort. Vionic makes some of the best looking supportive shoes put there, arch support is amazing! My feet need really good support, alignment control and most of all cushion. I'm not sure Vionic can deliver on the last one. I can't find any of their shoes, vs. sandals, in any local shoe stores so my only option is to order online. While I wil NEVER order any shoe I haven't tried on before from Amazon again, there are other online retailers who provide free shipping, return labels in your orders and are more rational about returns period.

That was annoying. They are also very tight and stiff in ...
These are stable and control pronation. This is the first pair of flats that I have been able to wear without my ankles and heels rolling in. Those are the positives. I only gave it three stars because they slipped in the heel and I had to buy heel grips. My heels are narrow, but not that narrow. That was annoying. They are also very tight and stiff in the front, where the cut is shallow. I expect that this will ease up once I break them in. I'm still hoping to find a non-orthopedic looking flat shoe that I can wear with skirts and dresses during my commute to work. These look nice, but they aren't comfortable enough for walking more than 1/4 mile or so. They might be just fine for someone with wider feet who has to stand a lot.

I love Vionics because of their great arch and heel bed
I love Vionics because of their great arch and heel bed, and have several pairs of sandals and tennis shoes. Not having as much luck with finding dressier shoes, though. Only pair of flats that I found that fit well are the Sydney loafers. Had to return this Dolores style, too tight across toe area for me.

Heel slips out while toes are pinched!
Sadly I missed the window to return these shoes. They fit really weird. My heel slips out while walking, but the toes are really tight and pinch. The toe area is so tight they make a squeaking sound when I walk. I had purchased them at the end of summer but the weather didn't turn cold enough to start wearing them till now, otherwise I would have noticed how much I dislike them much sooner. Word of caution - try them out right away!

Unacceptable
I ordered size 8.5. When the shoes came, the box said sz 8 but another label on the same box said 8.5. The label in the shoe says sz 8. I've worn them several times attempting to break them in but they still hurt. I ordered Vionic because I'd had such good results with a Vionic flip flop. The new shoe's arch is not as pronounced as the flip flop. By the way, they scuff very easily.

I have other VIONIC shoes and love them!
I have other VIONIC shoes and love them!! These shoes do not at all meet the quality standards that I expected! The material seems very cheap, the insert is removable, but the screw was sticking up under the insert and the material near the screw was ripped. I was very excited about getting these shoes because I am on my feet ALL day and really appreciate the VIONIC line, but not these!I even wondered if they were not the real thing because of the poor quality!

Nice dressy shoe for the professional woman who's feet hurt
This is not my first pair of Vionics. I find they help tremendously with my plantar fasciitis. However, this pair hurts my pinky-toe on my right foot, it's like they're just not wide enough. They look good and I enjoy wearing them at work, very professional.
