Level 1: Cupped shape that stays in place
This is about Level 1. The pad is cup shaped where it needs to be. Positioned properly it fits well. There is padding near the front top where the "wings" are located. Those wings help keep them in place, but that area seems useless for protection unless you spend time on your stomach of standing on your head. That area seems useless when standing, sitting, or walking. It hurts nothing, but it does add a little bulk that is useless. There are higher levels of Tena pads for handling larger amounts of fluid. Don't buy these if you have a major release that happens. Get a higher level 2 or 3. Level 1 has way more pad than needed for small dribbles. Sometimes I see a level 0 listed, but it is never available. I wish they actually marketed the level 0 for the men that only need light protection.

Reliable Comfort and Discreet Protection
Look for pads specifically shaped for the male body. These are often more contoured at the front for better protection. these are the most discreet ones I've order for my Dad. Plus the breathable materials help reduce the risk of skin irritation or rash. This is his favorite brand.

Great Product
Product is excellent. It offers adequate protection, and without bulkiness. My only criticism is that it takes longer to deliver/ship than most products I have ordered through Amazon.

Wings need spots of tape
Much better than the bulky Depends I got in prep. for my prostatectomy, these are less sweat producing and more comfortable to wear for someone with minimal leaking. My one gripe is the “wings”. The high absorbency, large Depends didn’t have them. But though helpful in design, the Tena wings should have tape on them, because the shorter overall design of the pad allows it to collapse downward over time, and one or both wings tend to fold inward. Tape only down the middle isn’t enough to keep mine high and in place in either regard.

Tena good for sensitive skin
Made mistake - Depends caused severe skin reaction not Tena.

Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For (But I Have a Closet Full of Failed Pads)
Tena Level 1. Another box. Another hopeful morning. Another moment of “Maybe this time.” But alas—these were not the ones.Too small? Maybe. Too wide? Possibly. Too greasy? Weirdly, yes. Too blue? Why is everything always so blue?At this point I’ve tried more incontinence protectors than most people try wine varietals. I’ve had boxes arrive like a weird subscription service I never signed up for. “Oh good,” I say, opening yet another shipment. “More of these… again.”These aren’t bad, they’re just not right. They’re like the wrong-sized shoe: technically wearable, but something’s always off. And when you’re on ADT and traveling, “off” becomes “anxiety in your trousers.”Two stars. One for trying. One for not leaking (much). Removed three for being yet another not-quite-right answer in my journey toward pad perfection.I should invent my own.
