Extremely poor customer service. The product itself is fine (when it works) My story: I bought multiple ink cartridges from Prinker. One of them wasn't working so I sent it back. Weeks later, I got a $0.1$ refund. After making my case, I was completely disregarded by the Prinker team. The ink isn't working, and they're making excuses, saying that I used it before returning it, and the packaging was damaged. Yes, I did use it, because I had to test it, and yes, the packaging was damaged bc I threw it out, not expecting to have to return the item. Overall, terrible experience. I feel ripped off, and will not be using their product anymore.

Éste cartucho he tenido que comprar porque anterior que compré (me costó 155€) en Amazon no está funcionando correctamente, toca limpiar el cartucho (lo que me recomendaron en atención de clientes) cada vez para nuevo uso,el tinte se seca enseguida después de usar y hace tatuajes marcando mal las lineas. En atención de clientes no me han dado ninguna solución y después de escribirles varios correos dejaron de contestarme. He tenido que comprar otro cartucho, otros 155€ para poder utilizar la impresora, tenía muchas dudas si iba a funcionar bien y si no pierdo otra vez dinero. En conclusión, servicio atención de clientes y postventa me han dejado sin respuesta con problema de repuesto que me vendieron.
