This product comes with certificate. The issue arises with its stitching, it is of low grade and the thread is visible. I also found out that there are 3 beads which are not in round shape and are different. I expect genuine product when amount paid in full for quality product, hence I am returning this product.

Crystal bracelet seems real didn't use it but it came in a very casual way, there's no box for future uses or for secure. Its not a cheap product, almost Rs. 400/- for this black tourmaline bracelet. The certificate can be fake. The crystal is for spirutual purpose, belief and the manufacturer cum seller sells it in a casual way.It should be in a secured jewellery box for safety of it.Its a humble request to the manufacturer as well as the seller to send the crystals inside a good hardy box for its future use purpose. Also the beads are smaller than 8 mm. Its also a false commitment from them. Better they should commit their words in future for better customer satisfaction.
