I have tried other brands that were okay, but this supplement helps my restless legs at night and I sleep so much better. It's also so much easier on my system, I have no stomach problems with it.

I use this product to help me sleep. It isamazing. I fall asleep taking it within an hour of bed. And I stay asleep. I take this with another product, glycerin, I feel so rested when I wake up in the morning.

I was told this is good to help get blood pressure under control. Also, I take it bc of IBS diagnosis. Within a few days of taking this magnesium, I felt so much better in my digestive system.
