This is a super product now that we have a replacement. The first arrived so dented and out of shape (bits of metal sticking out), that even the courier said he’d take it back straight away. Customer Service at Monster were brilliant, the replacement arrived next day in perfect condition. So, a great product, just make sure you unpack it before the courier leaves!

Fantastic quality. Great service and arrived quickly

The product is reasonably good because of its size, build, and number of flat drawers. The two complaints I have about the product itself are the price and the wheels. As you can see in the picture, the wheels are not 360, and they are only fasten by pins? That’s ridiculous, can’t afford screws?However, those are not the main reason I write this review, because the couriers Monster uses is nothing but an utter dumpster fire.On the day of delivery, the driver called me and said he’s at apartment 26 and asked me to come get him, I found it weird as that’s not my apartment. Nevertheless, I went to apartment 26, however, the dude wasn’t even there. So I spent the next 20 mins trying to call and find him. Later, he finally picked up the phone, and told me that he’s outside of the building. I told him that I would buzz him in so that he could move in with the item, there were elevators of course. He said he wasn’t insured inside any building, so I had to come get it. But this furniture and its pallets, was huge, and frankly, significantly heavier than I was. So I told the courier to return it as I didn’t want to hurt myself lifting it. He called me an idiot, and hanged up the phone.Few hours later, as I went out through the building front door, I noticed a large item left unattended on the pavement. Oh, it was my £500+ drawer!I called Monster, they said that they were “sorry” and they could arrange a collection in 2-3 days. Meanwhile, if the furniture on the pavement got stolen or damaged, I would have to pay for it. And because it was a very new building, hardly any neighbours had moved in yet, and it was weekday during work hours, I had no choice but to carry this heavier-than-myself furniture all by myself, and I did hurt myself a bit along the way.The courier disregarded my request for return and left valuable items on the pavement unattended without informing me at all, but somehow Monster wanted me to take full responsibility for it.I wanted to let off some steam as I was very upset by this, so I asked for a discount for compensation. Jamie from Monster, with her dispassionate tone, was not apologetic about this situation in any possible way, indicating that this is all my fault, and they take no responsibility. Awful customer service.

Good price and very prompt delivery

It arrived damaged with only one side not dented. It was still functional albeit one drawer wouldn’t completely close however as pleasant as the sellers were to deal with, they offered a ridiculously low compensation so it was returned for a full refund - without hassle. Overall not a robust piece of kit and fairly flimsy metal. Should note it didn’t come with wheels fitted but there are wheels that came with it. Had it not been damaged I would have kept it and fitted a worktop on top but wouldn’t be up to heavy useage.

This cabinet arrived fully built and was very intimidating when it arrived on a pallet! However once you take the draws out it’s a lot easier to place in the the right room. We did however find that one draw refused to open but all we had to do was tip the entire thing on its back. Turns out the keys were in the top draw and had wedged the draw shut! Gravity shifted the keys back allowing up to open the final draw.Great bit of kit for my work and I would recommend

Great product, very speedy delivery, great customer service and the price point was the icing on the cake. What is there not to like.The inclusion of wheels makes the drawers so easy to move around.Thank oyu

One of the legs was a little bit dented, but it honestly wasn't worth worrying about. Easy running drawers and the whole thing is lockable (2 keys provided). The wheels are sinple to put on but be aware that they are not swivelling castors and the unit will only move sideways, not backwards and forwards if you were thinking (like me) it'd be handy to pull it out for cleaning!! Seems sturdy and has plenty of storage space. Delivery straightforward and a very helpful delivery man. You'll pay a fortune for a wooden chest so unless you're after aesthetics this is really worth considering. Only dropped to 4 stars because of the dented leg, although I believe returns are easy enough.
