Nice hip protection at a nice price and it has a chamois
I had a pair of TLD's that the elastic was shot in so I ordered these. They cost a bit less than the TLD's so I wasn't sure but a friend suggested them. They work great! Wore them for downhill and trail with no issues. The chamois part in front is definitely bulkier than any other chamois I've had in over a decade but it didn't bother me at all and probably added a little more protection. The TLD padded shorts didn't have any chamois so these are really nice. Highly recommend. I've washed them about three times, no issues yet but time will tell. Haven't crashed in them yet either but padding seems adequate. These aren't armor...they're lightly padded shorts but I know my TLD ones helped a couple of times.

Very good quality
Didn’t know what to expect first time buying padded bike liners. Like always very good quality (Fox). They do run small, I’m a medium, but I got large and they fit fine. Very well-made.

Rides low in back
I'm 5'10" and 142 and wear small in every brand. This runs low on me and I may have been able to wear a medium. But it is so well designed and manufactured and it is comfortable. I've 'tested' it and can say the padding works and handles light abuse well.

Fox Titan protective shorts
Good fit, nice quality, offers nice protection yet compressed to fit under normal size riding pants.

Happy with the product overall and ordered another pair
These are a little tight, as I have a 32" waist and purchased the large because of my height (6'4"). They fit well except around the bottom of the shorts just above the knee. They have an elastic band which helps the shorts stay in place, as they are supposed to fit tight. I found that these elastic bands above the knee were a bit tight, however it is worth the added protection you get from the shorts staying in place during a crash. Took a big spill at the bike park and landed directly on a sharp root on the left hip pad, and these shorts probably saved me a trip to the hospital. Happy with the product overall and ordered another pair.

I've found it hard to find good padded chamis like these
I've found it hard to find good padded chamis like these. I bought XS and it fits as expected. I like the protection, but the chamis is HUGE. It's like wearing a diaper. It wouldn't be that bad if it was placed well, but it's sewn way to far forward into the crotch, so it comes up super high in the front. I guess that'd be nice to have protection around your junk, but realistically it feels really bulky and awkward, and it's really hot. I ride with my fly down to try to compensate. Embarrassing. If I couldn't find anything better, I'd maybe buy again but a size bigger. I just wonder if they're using the same size chamis for every size short, so the chamis is way too big for the small sized shorts.

Not good for MTN biking.
Nice pants, but the chamois is more suited for moto, with more chamois in front, and very little in the rear.Thigh padding is nice. I found the MTB version of these from Fox, so I returned these, and ordered from Fox, since i had a discount. BTW…MTB version is way more expensive.
