I had a short cast on for a month after Lisfranc surgery and wanted something to cover my cast for hospital appointments. As a clean freak, I'm very OCD about germs and I don't wear shoes in the house. This was perfect and fit really well. I wear a size 6 shoe and the cast was fiberglass and went right below the knee. The polka dots are adorable and every time I went to my appointments, people would comment and ask where I got it. It was ridiculously hot right after my surgery but this didn't seem to make things sweatier, which was another plus.

Pros: 1) Pretty dot pattern. 2) Silky smooth which helps when you have a fiberglass cast that hurts when you rub against your skin and snags on bedding. Not much else that's positive.Cons: 1) Grossly over-priced. Think a piece of fabric from the fabric dept at Walmart, cheaply sewn together. Probably making a 500% or more profit on this product. 2) It does not have elastic to hold it up on the leg. (I bought the one that goes under the knee for a short leg cast). The only way it would work is if I tucked it into the cast. 3) The sewing of the fabric at the toe on the inside made it feel uncomfortable because I could feel the excess fabric. Would be better if a different stitch was used so the excess fabric is not just loose on the inside (Sorry not a seamstress so I don't know how to word that). I have taken some photos. Really the only thing positive I can say is it kind of pretty. I bought it mainly because I wanted to keep my toes warm and keep my fiberglass cast from rubbing against my other leg but this is just Way not worth it! Returning same day I received.

These are wonderful! After foot surgery, I have a large bandage wrapped in an Ace bandage on my foot, and it's impossible to fit socks over it. Since I have to wear it for two weeks, and I'm also in a walking boot, I really needed a way to cover my toes and foot/bandage, and preferably something fun/pretty! This fits the bill perfectly - the silky-ish fabric has just the right mixture of slight stretch and slipperiness to make it easy to go on, and the way it's cut makes it easy to stay up. Since my bulky bandage doesn't go past my ankle, it's loose on me there, but the fabric has enough body to slouch nicely. The fabric is thin, but even stretched way out it stays opaque - even in the black areas you can't see through. I wish I'd known about these sooner; I'd have ordered multiples for my 2 weeks!

Brilliant! Fits beautifully and keep the rough fiber glass cast from catching on fabric.

Cool and fun looking product but not functional. Kept falling down overnight or off.

My daughter has been wearing this cover. Her physical therapist had never seen this item and was quite impressed. The kids at the preschool where she teaches really like the bright colors.
