Good mobile Phone, easy to understand how to use, fine for me, speed and image quality was no problem.

Great phone really easy to use. I got this for my man. She loves it. Looks fantastic and a great phone.

I bought this phone replacing a 4 year old android phone that had started playing up. Arrived on time. Happy with the Amazon delivery. Having set the phone up and got rid of all those annoying app notifications it works very well. Unfortunately it was full of annoying pre-installed apps that I don't want and take up storage. Samsung seem to be trying to copy Google. Instead of 'OK Google' we have 'Bixby'. Instead of 'Google Chrome' we have 'Samsung Internet Browser'. The list goes on and on. Many of these Samsung apps you are unable to uninstall. Google got there first Samsung. People love your hardware but don't want your software. Much like 20 years ago Microsoft made the software, IBM made the hardware.Also the earphones that came with it are horrible. Don't bother including them if that's the best you can do.Love the phone. Hate the Samsung apps and the Samsung earphones. Bixby that!Just to update. Thought I was getting free AKG headphones for the 2 expensive phones I bought. Samsung said they would only send me one as both phones were bought on the same order. Had I bought my 2 phones on separate orders I would have qualified for a 2nd set of AKG headphones. Thanks for that Samsung. I really appreciate your attitude.To summarise I bought 2 of the expensive 5g versions of this phone. Thought they came with free AKG headphones. The phones arrived on time without the headphones. Just had cheap plasticky earphones with them. Had to register with an app called 'Samsung Members' to claim the AKGs.The build of the phones are first class. Five star hardware. Unfortunately they were riddled with Samsung's own bloatware. I dare say some people will like Samsung's apps (like Bixby). I don't. It's OK with me if Samsung want to include their own apps on their phones. What's not OK is the fact that many of their apps can't be removed. I have a phone loaded with apps that I can't remove permanently annoying me.After registering with Samsung to get my AKG headphones I received one set. Again 5 stars. Very nice headphones. Very pleased. But I bought 2 phones thinking each would come with a free pair of AKG's. Emailed Samsung and politely requested a 2nd pair for the 2nd phone. Told that it was only one pair per transaction. As I bought both phones on one transaction I only qualified for one set of AKGs.From a hardware point of view I give this product 5 stars. Really nice phones. I give my overall experience just one star. Disappointed that I can't remove all bloatware from the phones. Disappointed that I didn't get a set of AKGs for both of the expensive phone I bought. Puts me off buying Samsung again. Don't want to go over to the Dark Side and buy from Apple. Might try a Pixel or a Oneplus next time.Another thing I dislike about this phone (and just about all the others these days) is the non-removable battery. In 2 or 3 years when the battery dies I can't just replace it. This is an example of "premature obsolescence", the syndrome in which manufacturers make goods with deliberately low lifespan to force consumers into buying a newer model. Apple started this with their original iphone. This is very bad for customers and for the planet.I also don't like the fact that you can either use a 2nd SIM card OR a Micro SD card. The 2nd SIM uses the same space as the Micro SD. In my previous phone they had their own slots. You could use a 2nd SIM and a Micro SD card at the same time.
