I've been using these gummies for a few months now. My recent blood work showed a slight improvement in blood sugar so I'm thinking that they help. Try them and see for yourself I guess.

These actually taste pretty good.

There are a lot of reviews mentioning the seal is broken, I got my package on 7/8/21 and this wasn’t broken. I took two gummies the next morning on an empty stomach and so far had no side effects like diarrhea or upset stomach like how some mentioned. Will update if I lose weight! One thing to keep in mind is don’t sniff the inside of the bottle, you’ll have a hard time taking the gummies, it stinks Update 7/17/21: So it's been 1 week and 2 days using this product. The first day I started this product, my weight was standing at 143.2, now it's about 140.4. Would I give this product 100% credit for bringing me down to that weight? NOOOOOO, I also began consuming 2L of water every day and added 45 minutes of exercise every day so to give this product all the credit would be unfair. The second bottle arrives on the 30th and by the time I finish these two bottles if I'm not down to at least 135, I'll have to say this product does not work. Keep in mind others on here lost 5 lbs in a week without changing a thing, and I lost only 3 lbs and changed my whole lifestyle, thus I am reducing a star. Will update after I finish the bottle :) UPDATE 8/3 I currently stand at a solid 138. Again the goal is 135 so let’s see! I did ramp up my dieting so i’m literally judging what i eat and the portions so not sure if these gummies are even working. However, I won’t risk it and just stop taking these now that I’m seeing results. I also got my second bottle so hopefully I can reach my goal!

I've bought these 28 times. Received my new bottle yesterday. Bottle was o ly 3/4 full and gummies are now about qm 1/2 the size as before. I canceled my subscription. I don't play those games. Will find another brand!!!
