Really wish I’d read the reviews before buying, it was a nightmare, bent out of shape and a nightmare to put together and when I finally did I realised how unsuitable, flimsy and just plain awful this cage was, the platforms are no way big enough for a hamster, he’d of had hardly any room to turn around in one plus they just clip on with just a couple of cr*ppy plastic bits either end meaning the middle isn’t secure at all, not strong enough to stay put, the cage feels like it barely balances on the base and one wrong move it pops out of the base, this would not of survived a climbing hamster!! He definitely would of escaped had I of put him in it! Nothing seems to line up properly and it is incredibly badly made, I was given a full refund, but from time of purchase to refund was such a long time and in that time I had to buy a much better home , so was out of pocket for an unreasonable amount of time, please don’t waste your time buying this, they should be taken off the market as they are not suitable for any hamster

Huge four level cage with everything you need. Quite sturdy, however the instructions are minimalist to say the least otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Assembly of the cage took every bit of my patience particularly the tubes that come in about 20 small sections that all have to be put together individually, Even once it's all together the whole thing is a little flimsy and the instructions are useless, the 3 "roof" parts of the cage have to be installed and once in place they don't fit well at all and can move up and down easily, very large tolerances (gaps) between roof and side walls enough for fingers to fit through so definitely big enough for a determined small animal to escape if they have the desire so I've had to use cable/zip ties around the edges and roof of the cage to keep it all secure 12 in Total, the 4 shelves locate by just resting on the bars of the cage via small tabs so move back and forth up and down,they don't "click" into place so I can see them being dislodged often by the hamster, the ladders are the same just rest loosely in place via large locating holes so in the future I may have to find a way to secure them in place as well, the 2 clips that hold the cage to the plastic base are so tight it's hard to unclip/clip up i can see them breaking after a while and it's impossible for my 14 yr old daughter to unclip, that said the cage is large and spacious, with a few adjustments it could be a good and secured home for a small pet, It's just a shame Extra measures have to be taken to make an ok cage a kinda good one. One extra annoyance is all the cable/zip ties will make it harder to disassemble for deep cleaning. Price is ok for what it is and it turned up on time and well packaged.

A nightmare to assemble . Very flimsy. Some pieces arrived bend in the box. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Whilst the cage looked fun for our hamster, as he loves tunnels, it wasn’t long before the flimsy spindles of the cage kept on dislodging & our hamster started knawning on the spindles & biting the plastic levels!! The ladders didn’t clip on so they kept on falling to the bottom of the cage. This cost me £39.99 & I’ve ended up spending another £46 (just 2 weeks later), to replace this as it wasn’t fit for purpose!! Very misleading. Disappointed is an understatement…
