there is a hard drive bay free in this version?

We actually opted for an external hard drive after reading several reviews and got a much larger and faster hard drive for a few dollars more but yes there is an available drive bay and a couple YouTube videos that walk you through the process. As with most computers, don't use a magnetic screw driver and use one the size of the screws being removed.

It says ships within 1-3 weeks curious what shipping times others were getting?

ordered July 12, it's July 23 and they still haven't shipped it. coming July 29 - August 1. Wish I was as lucky as the others who got it in 4 days
