I received a toe ring in great condition, wore it once and put it away in a pouch. Took out the ring to wear it again a month later and it was completely tarnished. I tried a polishing cloth and nothing came off. I decided to contact the seller to find a resolution and wow, talk about rude replies and lackluster customer service. I was informed the item was sent in brand new condition. I'm aware. Had I received a tarnished item, it would've gone right back. Save yourself the trouble, and buy direct from Pura Vida.
