These are challenging puzzles, as expected. I worked them and ordered the next version.Nothing to dislike.

This is the third of fourth USA Crossword puzzle book I have ordered and I hope they continue to publish new ones. The puzzles are challenging without being unsolvable like some other puzzles. The book is paperback size and great for travel. When I get toward the end of the book and have 10 or 12 puzzles left, I usually pull out all the used pages and save the remaining puzzles for travel.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my upcoming beach vacation, but, when this arrived today and I couldn’t wait to get started! As you can see, this is a substantial crossword book! Making it a bargain! I love crosswords, but not ones that are so difficult that I give up halfway through and move to the next page, next puzzle... You know what I’m talking about. We’ve all been there! lol! These are a little bit challenging, yes.. Some of the clues I have no idea what the answer is, BUT some of them are super easy, so you are able to fill in the ones you don’t know by the ones you DO know? So these are perfect for me. No one wants to do a crossword where they are so easy that you don’t have to work at them! I am not disappointed with this purchase! It will be perfect for down time at the airport and for relaxing on the beach:)

My spouse is a man of few words, but he seems to know most of the words in the USA Today crosswords. He appreciates the variety of puzzle themes. He also finds the crosswords challenging enough without getting frustrated. The 200 puzzles last him between two weeks and a month, because he's working several of them daily. The average crossword puzzler should enjoy them while in training for the NYT Sunday crosswords.

I love doing crossword puzzles. These USA today crossword puzzle books are the best.

Ich habe schon einige Bände dieser Reihe gelöst, und freue mich immer diebisch über den Mehrwert: Wissen über amerikanische Kultur, Sport, Persönlichkeiten, Sprache, etc. Mir völlig Unbekanntes schlage ich nach, und lerne so noch mehr. Macht einen Riesenspass, und gibt dem Hirn wirklich was zu tun!Durch den Aufbau der Rätsel kann man sich gut Lösungen erschließen, wenn man andere drumherum gelöst hat (das ist bei vielen britischen Gitterrätseln nicht der Fall!).Ich wollte nur, es gäbe mehr Bände in der Serie….
