DOES NOT WORK. ALL IT DOES IS SHUT DOWN.
Thus phone DOES NOT WORK. It can't even complete the set up process. It keeps shutting down/rebooting.I do not want to troubleshoot, or contact manufacturer... I paid for a working phone. If you cannot replace with a working phone of same or better Samsung, please just refund. I don't have time to go through this again. I need a working phone. You should better test your refurb phones before shipping. It would have been blatantly obvious it doesn't work.Very disappointed.

Great company
I ordered this phone because my other phone shattered. My phone company says it was compatible. When I got the phone and tried to connect to my phone service, this was one of the phones they no longer use. Me having to return it, I hated to. It was a real nice phone. But I had to go to a phone company in order to find one that worked with my service. I sent the phone back, and was promptly refunded my money. I thank the company for their promptness.
