I’m not going to lie, I was a little skeptical on getting these but it seems to be the trend at the moment with everyone raving about them so thought I’d give them a go. I have a major sweet tooth and am also guilty for munching on something when I am bored but these have genuinely suppressed my appetite and I’m not constantly craving food as I was before. I’ve started to lose weight, likely because of it suppressing my appetite but also helping with my digestion (which isn’t the greatest due to some medical stuff) but I’ve been able to continue eating what I want, I’ve not had to cut back on carbs and treats or anything like that. The taste was surprising in a good way. Very fruity with a smidge of bitterness from the vinegar but just gives a slightly sour sweet vibe, so the fact they taste really good is also a bonus. I would recommend anyone to at least give these their fair shot if they have caught your attention!

If like me you suffer from bloating and water retention, these are great! Just dont take them of a night like I did and was awake going for a pee all night! They are fab, I have a terrible sweet tooth and I now take one of these and it helps massively, stops me picking! Also the bloating has gone too a d they help you go the loo. Can't live without them now.

These gummies are delicious, soft & no nasty, bitter after taste, unlike other products I've tried in the past. They are convenient to take, only natural ingredients & I love that they're vegan. Bought these as my usual ones weren't available. When I opened them they were all stuck together, very difficult trying to get some out, it's just a big lump of gummies, not sure how I'm going to get them out apart from in pieces. Taste wise not bad, quite small and sweet, early days to know if they're working.
