Despite specifically searching for UK books on the subject, this popped up and I bought a second hand version. Turnes out it is for the US market. I've re-checked the ad, and there is nothing to suggest that. Hell, it's even priced in good old Sterling. I'm not a happy chappy. Buy from Amazon in haste, repent at leisure.
