These baking mats work really well and are a great alternative for single use baking paper. They are non stick and so far have been perfect for using when baking. They seem a good thickness where they are thick enough to be durable but thin enough to be shaped around baking tins. I cut down one of the sheets to fit one of my larger cake tins, which worked really well. They are easy to cut to whatever shape or size that is needed. Can also just chuck in the dishwasher to clean which makes them so easy to use. Wish I bought these sooner.

Good quality

Great item. Wash and wear well. No stains as yet. Large sheet, I've cut into smaller bits for different tins. Folding ones hold thir shape while cooking.

Being concerned about the environment, I wanted to try out some reusable Silicone mats for the oven, and these are great. They come in good variety of sizes and shapes for all my baking trays. I did cut the slots on one of the round ones a bit deeper and then it fitted easily into my cake pan. I have used some of these several times now and they clean easily and then roll up again ready for reuse.

There's a variety of sizes to these sheets which means every pan / tray you might use is likely covered. They are easy to clean - grease just falls off them - normal detergent works. Don't soak them. I found that oil does soak in and they change colour quickly with use. The instructions say that 100 uses or so might be when they are at optimum, but I suspect you can use them way beyond that as they are a sturdy product

The mat is indeed non-stick but they stain with oil immediately and does not wash off. This is not a problem with silicone in general as we bought an IKEA baking mat right after this and found that it works perfectly.

Ho comprato questo set per essere più "green" e consumare meno carta da forno, che è un materiale non riciclabile. I vari pezzi fanno il loro dovere e hanno forme adattabili ai principali contenitori. Alla fine fine però uso sempre gli stessi due. Magari cercherò un formato che mi permetta di sfruttare ogni pezzo.

Ich liebe diese Matten so sehr das ich sie jetzt schon drei mal gekauft habe um sie zweimal zu verschenken weil ich die ersten ausprobiert habe und einfach nur begeistert bin. Ob zum Backen, kochen garen total egal... die Matte ist ein perfekter Ersatz für Backpapier. Man spar so viel Backpapier und sie sind so einfach sauber zu machen und zu trocknen dass man sie einfach lieben muss. Wenn man oft mit Fett abziehen auf den Folien,dann sieht man das irgendwann durch dunklere Stellen an der Folie, aber man fühlt nichts an der Oberfläche weswegen ich einfach nur zufrieden bin. Auch die Kuchenforme. Funktionieren klasse. Kein dran fest backen von Kuchenresten und einfaches entfernen aus der Form. Sollte es nicht ganz in die Form passen, kann man die Folien auch super zurecht schneiden, sodass es in unterschiedliche Größen passt (zum Beispiel bei einer Springform 24er, 20er...usw) Kann ich jedem absolut nur empfehlen.!!!!!!!
