It has proven to be reliable, spacious, and worth every rupee. I’m so satisfied with its performance that I’m buying the same bag again in a different color. I purchased this Skybags medium-size 65 cm check-in luggage expecting good quality, but I am extremely disappointed with the product. The stitching quality is very poor and does not look like the quality expected from a reputed brand like Skybags.After receiving the product, I also noticed that it looks as if it has already been used 2–3 times. The overall finishing and condition are not what I expected from a new product.If this is the kind of quality Skybags is providing and this is the level of service from Amazon, I would seriously reconsider spending my money on such products in the future.Very disappointing experience. I expected much better quality from Skybags and better service from Amazon.
