Delicious, has to be sliced or shredded

Taste Like Cold Compressed Powder!!
This is so bad! It's texture is nothing like cheese and falls apart when cut. Never buy it again!. Food Service Direct is an awful company to deal with. They refused to refund my money and take the product back.

Find another brand
As a previous reviewer remarked, the texture is awful, nothing like cheese. Nevertheless, I thought it might be OK when used for grilled cheese. Well, not only is it like powder, it does not melt. There are much better brands of vegan smoked gouda.
