Honest review, genuine purchase
I have Arterial flutter often referred to as Arrhythmia. Having had several nerves inside my heart cauterised it is difficult to feel what is happening and accurately tell if I am in or out of sinus (normal) rhythm. This devise has been a real gem. The AF warning has been very useful and is accurate. The blood pressure is also very accurate, compared to the reading taken by the paramedics, hospital and my local GP, usually on much more sophisticated equipment. However my GP uses the bigger brother of this model in their surgery. One thing on the downside, it really could have be fitted with the ability to plug in to the mains (by use of a power adaptor), as it is really hard on batteries. Checking blood pressure several times a day when I am in AF, the batteries only last for a week, max. I now have eight high power AA rechargeable batteries, to rotate. They may be more expensive to buy but being able to recharge them rather than to throw them in the bin is a real money saver.

a reliable brand
great product thats also accurate with its blood pressure readings, its fairly compact and portable with an option to run from AA batteries or by a mains plug (doesnt come with standard purchase). its pretty easy to use with a big button, and you can easily access previous readings by holding down the button.I would definitely recommend this, always buy proper branded and machines recommended by the heart foundation, the cheap clones arent reliable this this machine.I'd probably give it a 5 star if the batteries lasted longer, but i accept that its basically working a motor to pump up, so just buy better quality batteries if you dont use a mains adaptor

Would recommend this monitor.
I would recommend this monitor as it is quick and easy to use. However, the cuff was set up the wrong way round when it arrived, but it was quick and easy to sort - the little metal bar should not be touching your arm! (Photos show how it should be).The cuff is very tight when it is inflated, but it eases off quickly - this is necessary to obtain the BP reading. It seems to be accurate (going by my past BP reading a couple of years ago), but I cannot confirm this as I have not checked it against a GP/pharmacy device.

Made by a reputable company, easy to use.
Have found it very easy to use and batteries last well in regular use. It is accurate, as I have had on a few occasions had the good fortune to compare readings to those on visits to hospital. Easy to read results.

Reliable
It’s easy to use (once I started putting it on right 😂) and easy to read. As far as accuracy goes, I don’t know as I have nothing to measure against, therefore I’ve given a 4 for Accuracy. . I usually take three readings a minute or so apart, sometimes longer, to see if there’s a significant difference. Sometimes the later readings drop if I’ve been doing stuff beforehand and then settle down. However, I’ve been taking readings for 6 weeks now and there is definitely consistency. Overall I’m very pleased with this product.
