They basically came in crumbles and pieces which is making it very difficult to eat them when they're broken and crumbs.

Cookies themselves seem OK but many are smashed and I do not appreciate receiving a box of crumbs. So I can confirm other reports like this. Seller needs to look at how they are handling the merchandise - there is unacceptable damage before shipping

Not as maple flavored
We used to buy these near the border before heading back to the states years ago. This is the same brand but doesn’t taste as good as either of us remember. Did they change the recipe? Also, it was shipped in a bag and some crushing occurred during shipping.
