Vectra 3D Flea and Tick Prevention for Small Dogs 11-20 lbs, 6‑Month

So far, so good. I purchased this Vectra product for my 2 dogs and 1 cat. The dog version seems to be better than the version for my cat. I walk my dogs a mile in a wooded park every day so we have fresh fleas every day . I tried several other brands, from pills to vials. Nothing was working, my critters were miserable. Scratching 24/7... Now they are able to sleep with occasional scratching. Please note, I vacuum their bedding everyday and bathe them weekly which helps with flea prevention, but without the Vectra the vacuuming is not enough.

This is the product that you want for your dog it covers everything everything worms fleas ticks mosquitoes and mites mites are the most important thing ear mites and regular mites or things that dogs can contract and bring back to your house this medicine covers that by it!!!

It might keep fleas and takes away, but my poor king Charles spaniel still has itchy issues. And I still have to get something from the vet for that. There is some kind of might we cannot identify. And it just doesn’t stop the issue completely.

The only topical that actually works! I use this for my jack russells have for years. I’ve tried other things over the years even Bravecto but this definitely works the best us in my opinion.

I bought this because Nexgard was not repellent/ preventative (and had a scary history of seizures in some dogs). My problem was mostly ticks picked up during hikes. My boy does not really hang out with other dogs for long so fleas were not an issue. Vectra does kill ticks but only after they latch on and hitch a ride home with my dog. They'll usually die and fall off in 24h. So it is not repellent as advertised. Another problem is application: it is too liquid and tends to empty all up on lower back (nothing left in the tube by the time you get to upper back/shoulders) and it leaks for a while after application and takes a long time to dry. Unlike what is advertised, it also leaves residue on the dog fur for several days. Plus the price rose by about $25.00 since I last bought a batch on Amazon last year! Dog "owners" are not cash cows!!

Absolutely useless. I have a miniature pinscher and my lil guy is getting attacked this summer! This product is either useless or the fleas in southern California are immune to it because it DOES NOT WORK AT ALL!! Ive used all 3 doses and never did it stop the fleas from biting whatsoever. Don't waste your money!
