Appears to be strong and well made.The plastic is thick and will protect whatever it is fixed to.The loops are big enough to thread into each other. Very handy if you need to use all the cable length. For example, securing a boat/canoe whilst it's still in the water, to a fixed object on the quayside or river bank.Obviously the same can be done for a cycle.Handy to secure several cycles when popping in for a coffee somewhere.Very happy with it so far.

Needed an extra long cable to secure my egg chair to its stand without restricting movement, but also to attach the chair stand to my deck support. Works a treat. Not sure of the security but bought as an additional deterrent
