This saves my face and allows me to sleep!
This has made all of the difference for me! My skin used to blister, peel, and ooze and stayed so raw that I quit using my machine. I haven't been sleeping so I knew I needed to do something. For the price, I had to give these a shot and I'm so glad that I did. When I wake up my skin is fine. You can't tell I use a cpap at all. There's no irritation - not even pressure marks! I've also noticed that air leaks are not as bad. It still happens but my eyes aren't as irritated from air blowing into them and I'm not getting jarred awake from a blowout that sounds like someone is giving me a "raspberry" to the face! With all this being said, I don't know my actual numbers. I don't have insurance so I don't have a "watchdog" monitoring my use. So I don't bother either. Also, I wear a traditional, triangle shaped, medium sized mask covering my nose and mouth. I think it works well on this size and larger but I'm not sure it would work as well for a smaller size. The pre-cut hole is perfect for the size of my mask. I do have to shift it around and get it smooth without stretching it too much so that it covers without excess material in the way. It does get in the way of the hook for the straps but easily adjusted. I change it every couple of days. I keep fresh ones in a ziplock bag so they stay dust free and put dirty ones in the provided laundry bag. Also wash before using. They were stiff and had a funky smell when I got them but were perfect after washing. My skin is sensitive to polyester so I wanted all cotton. This says it is but I wonder. I've never found gray t shirt material that wasn't at least 10 percent poly. But since these aren't bothering me then maybe they are all cotton. I've been using these now for 3 weeks now.

These seal the leaks and make your mask comfortable.
This is my second purchase in about a year. They seal any leaks from my mask and feel great on my skin. The first set (of 5) lasted about a year. The fabric is cotton knit, and I changed it weekly. They were washed with my laundry in a mesh bag. They do wear out with time and the fabric stretches out. But I still like them and I'll buy these again.

Didn't Work for Me
Just started using a CPAP and had problems with irritation from the Silicone material of my F20 full face mask, especially on the bridge of my nose. I tried giving these liners a shot, but was disappointed with the results. They did not fit around the N20 mask particularly well, so I could not cover the silicone areas completely and the irritation problems persisted. The liners slide around on the mask and do not stay in place well. Perhaps you may have better luck, but I would suggest giving these a pass especially at the price they are asking. I found a better option to be paper medical tape for sensitive skin that is sold at the drug stores for much less price than these liners. The tape stays in place and covers areas that are irritated. This provided short term relief, though I don't know if it would work long term. The best solution for me was to purchase a memory foam version of the N20 mask cushion - I found this material to be much less irritating that the Silicone version. Also, the mask should be strapped on as loosely as possible while still maintaining a seal.

Eliminates most air leaks.
Was surprised at the effectiveness of these to reduce air leaks. Comfortable to wear on mask.

Updated review: Good but don't last (previous headline: These are big upgrade from RemZZZZs)
I have been using these for quite a while, but I am now searching for a replacement. For the moment I have gone back to RemZZZZ, which per my previous review aren't ideal for me.The problem is that they don't last indefinitely - I think I may be getting about 5 washings out of them, then they start to leak. They also seem to stretch out more and more with each washing. This wouldn't be a deal-breaker, but I can't tell which are the good ones and which are the bad ones just by looking. So to continue using these I would need to just throw out every one I have and start over. The manufacturer could solve this by either making them out of more durable material (RemZZZZs seem to last an infinite number of washings even though they are meant to be disposable) or offer them in multiple colors, so I can buy a different color each time and throw them out on a rotating basis.-------------------------------Here is my original review:I'm been using RemZZZZ CPAP mask liners for years, because without a liner my CPAP mask picks up oil from my face through the night and begins leaking badly around 3AM.With the RemZZZZZs I could make it to about 4 or 5AM before the mask would start leaking, which is a big improvement over no liner and being woken by leaks at 3AM. But still I don't want to wake up at 4:30AM every day!The great news is that with this product I'm making it through the whole night without air leaks! I think the RemZZZZs were shifting and bunching. Because this product has elastic it just stays put.The one downside to these is that they're really challenging to cut out the hole where your nose and mouth go. For both this product and the RemZZZZs the hole is much too small for me, it pinches my nose shut if I don't cut it bigger. For the RemZZZZs I created a little paper template of how to cut it out, which was easy to do because they're flat. For these I haven't figured out yet how to cut them out consistently and easily. But I'll come up with something.
