My coworkers all love it. It is great and comes in handy for a lot of jobs you might use pliers for and it has totally replaced my adjustable wrench. Havent owned them very long but they feel very solid so I imagine that they’ll hold up. I wish it had a spring so it was easier to use 1 handed but maybe theres an obvious reason that it is hard to build them that way. Comfort grips are great, finish feels nice and looks thick. Kinda expensive to buy in the US but if they last a while then it’ll be worth it. I kinda wish I had gotten the lanyard version but that is on me. I also think it would be kinda nice if they made a version with the imperial measurements on the front but maybe the us market isn’t big enough. It isn’t the biggest deal because they still feature metric on the front and imperial on the back. While they work better than an adjustable wrench for every task i can think of, they are objectively more difficult to use one handed which may or may not be important to you. Note that once you get it set for your bolt size it stays put so unless I need to adjust it after every bolt, it hasn’t been a hindrance.

The way these even open make this a winner. The spring pin adjust makes them size secure so you can modify your grip and basically turn these into a ratchet. The leverage provided by the handles makes for a very secure grip. Any of these by themself would make them a great pair of pliers, but all together make them the best pliers. I wish all my tools were KNIPEX.

I wish I had bought these so much sooner. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. They work amazingly well and a million times better than your standard adjustable crescent wrenches. They easily grip bolts as well if not better than a correct sized combination wrench, without having to deal with lugging around wrench sets and going back to grab the metric set when you thought you needed standard. They easily replace dozens of tools and speed up any job that you'd use non-ratcheting wrenches for.

these are without a doubt the best value for these level of high quality pliers, they are super useful and honestly replace like 8 other wrenches/pliers /clamps in my tools bag which makes them the best in several categories lol.. i have always heard about how amazing Knipex tools were, but hadn't forced myself to bite the bullet n test them out for myself; but seeing the prices these were going for on black Friday i couldn't pass em up.. and boy am i glad i didn't!! these truly are a reinvention of what we called pliers and/or wrenches,, (or any sort of gripping/fastening tool for that matter) , as these will do the job of your usual wrenches better than your other wrenches..as well as do the job of all your pliers....better than all ur pliers lol...the versatility of these is astounding considering their huge jaw capacity, and the amount of torque/gripping pressure they can exert. they compound the grip pressure you add by squeezing them, and multiply that by 10! they hold so well u really only need to use a finger to push the back handle downward onto whatever your working on, and they'll stay locked on in place and secure from there w ease.really if you work w alot of hand tools and find yourself constantly tossing down ur tongue and grooves to pickup some slip joints or adjustables, and vice versa,, save yourself the strain, the space in your tool bag, and the time wasted trying to ascertain the right tool for the job,,, and grab yourself a pair of these(maybe even 2!). theyll be your most reached for tool within a week's time guaranteed. and while you're at it consider adding a pair of their Knipex cobras as well. thats a set made in handyman heaven!

Whether you're a DIY or a handyman, these are a great set of plier wrenches. Perfect size for your everyday tool bag. I can't believe it took me this long to buy a pair of plier wrenches. Yes, I've been using my adjustable wrench for decades and it works fine. But this set of plier wrenches make size adjustment so much easier and much faster, when you have to re-grip the nut/bolt when you're tightening/loosening. I looked at other cheaper brands, but researching online reviews showed that the fit and finish (perfectly parallel sides, no gaps, no slippage, smoother adjustment action) is what sold me on the Knipex. This is one of those buy once, cry once scenarios. It's a little more expensive that other brands, but Knipex has a lifetime warranty and you know you're getting a quality set.

It’s just so hard to beat the quality of Knipex pliers. I’ve tried, I really have. Why? They are expensive and sometimes you can find good stuff that’s allot less money. But, once you get used to the Knipex quality, it’s hard to go back. If I could I would buy every set of pliers I could find in every great tools store in the world to find the next best pair at least half the price. But obviously that’s not possible. So it boils down to, I want a good tool to do the job right and have a reliable tool that lasts with quality engineering. Buy once, cry once, but you know whatever job comes your way, you have the best stuff to work with.Recommended.

Bought these a few weeks agoMade it to Perth western Australia in a under 2 weeks which I though was great given how far away we are.Used these a fair bit in the few weeks and love them. Previously had the 250s which I loved but we're just too big to throw in my pocket. These are a great size with still a great 40mm jaw sizeBit of wear from use daily, but my fav little set.
